It was a well-suited match for a weekend getaway in Galway with good value for the price. Dinner was really tasty and the breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel—lots of options too.

Fantastic Food and Cozy Atmosphere

I stayed for two nights and was really impressed by how clean and cozy the room was. The breakfast was a standout feature, with poached eggs on soda bread that were perfectly cooked, and the fresh-baked bread scent was divine. The location is great as it's just a short walk to the city center, making it easy for exploring. The only downside was the noise from the bar that occasionally seeped into the room, but overall, it was an enjoyable stay.

I had a lovely time relaxing in the cozy bar while enjoying a delicious breakfast each morning. The game room and outdoor seating area were great for unwinding after a busy day. The only hiccup was the electronic blinds not working properly, but it didn't stop me from having a wonderful stay! 😊

The shower had an unpleasant bacterial smell that was quite off-putting.

Had a great stay with the family. The food selection was just superb, especially the seafood curry, great and honestly it stood out. Gotta mention the staff’s friendliness, cheery and helpful.

The Huntsman Inn was a comfortable stopover for my business trip to Galway. The room was a good size and very well heated, despite the cold weather outside. I enjoyed my meals in the bar downstairs. the food was tasty...

I struggled to connect, and at times, the noise from the street was quite disruptive, making it hard to relax. Another downside was the accessibility of the reception. it took a while to find someone to ask for help. Minor quirks aside, the atmosphere was welcoming, and I felt at ease during most of my stay.
